Where can I find the blue screen of death accident dump?

Your crash will depend on the dump location set in the system.

To find out that it goes to your control panel, then click on System, then Advanced System Settings (in Windows 7) or Advanced tab (in Windows XP), Startup and Recovery 'Settings' Do button.

Near the bottom of the Startup and Recovery Settings window there will be a dump file location text box that will specify where you can get it.
