installation - Problems discovering channel in PEAR -


This problem occurs every time I try to use channels, which gives me this error: < Message on http: // pear.phing.info search: unsuccessful with message: channel-add: adding "channel.fing.finfo" channel to https: // registry to fail the registry On the channel trying to find pear.phing.info instead the search of the channel "pear.phing.info" failed (channel-add: "https://pear.phing.info/channel can not open .xml" (For 'pear.phing.info:443' Connection failure: Unable to find socket transport "SSL" - did you forget to enable PHP when configuring it?))

Any bell is triggered without any proxy , Openssl is using windows and wamp server

any ideas ???

Set the proxy and everything should work:
