I put the following in my XML file (via expression blend 4): 

  & Lt; Me: Interaction.Triggers & gt; & Lt; Ei: Datastore Chengalated Trigger Binding = "{Binding Status Message}" & gt; & Lt; Ei: ControlStoryboardAction / & gt; & Lt; / Ei: DataStoreChangedTrigger & gt; & Lt; / I: Interaction.Triggers & gt;

When creating a project, Expression Blend throws the following error:

The tag 'Datastore Chengalated Trigger' is not present in the XML namespace ' P>

What's the problem?

Looks like you did not add context in Microsoft.Expression.Interactions.dll or if you The Blend SDK version 4 of this Dell has not been referenced.
