Is it possible to change the resolution of the form without changing the computer's resolution?

And if not, I think I would ask how would I be able to zoom / hoop the form to make it bigger?

"Resolution" is actually nothing to apply to the form; actually what you try to do are doing? If you are trying to make the form larger, you can increase its size feature in the Properties window. If you are trying to maximize control and font, you will need to modify the font attribute for all the controls, as well as their size attribute.
