e commerce - Cannot add items to Magento cart -

I want to keep it in the same way as I still tell all the proper details. I list the details of the site below:

(The current page is locked down) You can access the site and see what's really going on.

Magento-run ecommerce store on a shared host. After running the store successfully for a few months, he started to think whether it was for memory problems. The site sometimes stops working or generates "fatal errors" when adding items to the cart.

When you click Add to Cart, the screen will be white-free without any warning error. When I was checking the error in the index.php file, and tried to add a product to the cart, I received the following:

  Fatal error: 134217728 bytes of tired memory of the < / Code>

I have tried php upping memory 128m, 512m, 2048m even inside php.ini, .htaccess, and even in index.php

< Setting in pre> ini_set ('memory_limi', '2048M');

Raising the memory limit of 512 or above does not cause a fatal error, but no item can be added to the cart. It generates the following message:

  "The item can not be added to the cart."

Now the kicker is: We transferred our customer to the VPS running 768MB (7/8 GB Bust RAM), and I worked on a large scale to optimize the server Done / P>

However, after going to VPS, errors continue to continue this site works fine unless you try to add an item to the shopping cart.

I have searched every megenda message board in search of this bug's solution. I've disabled all the extensions, and even tried to install from a new version of Magento and from the previous version.

I have done database repair, optimization, running a clean database with a comparison and clean version of Magento.

So far, I am able to fix this issue once and for all who are authorized to propose up to two hundred dollars to find someone if you have any insights and answers And feel that you can fix it, please contact me directly or here. I can provide server access details and will be able to run with any questions and possible solutions with you.

Besides, my background is not really server-admin centric, but I know my way around a box, and I've been working with Magento for a few years. My other clients are running many sites without issue.

Have you tried to turn on the same code and database on a local computer? This is a good start if the problem persists, then there is an environmental problem in the game. If the problem persists, try running the same database against a new copy of Magenta (originally code by repo). If the problem decreases, you probably have a code problem if not, then there is a possibility of a defect in the database.

Next, try adding a new product type and a new product to those cars, use a new customer, etc.

After this debugging depends on the problems you are getting, but you are slipping somewhere in the logic of Magren. I'm guessing that this is the database, because there are many things present in Magento database correctly depends on. Moving through the code with the debugger, you can be shown where it will come from the process.

Tell us how it moves. :)
