Using Amazon EC2 as a webserver with a specific IP address -


I am trying to create a personal / professional website within a college / domain. From the University, I have requested a static-IP address that has been directed to the website name "". I want to set up an Amazon EC2 instance to host a website.

I know how to create / administer websites on EC2 example, I do not know how to talk with EC2 example IT University at University (and Vice-President) University was not very helpful.
